PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal
training programs employ a client centered approach that involves assessing the
client from a holistic perspective taking into account the client’s emotional
well being, family and life stressors, as well as current ability to cope with
these stressors. These programs also
assess the client’s past in terms of exercise history, nutritional history, and
injury history. Taking all of these
factors into account, the client is then included in developing an exercise
program to meet their unique and specific needs, and provide them with the best
opportunity for success. These programs
are offered to individuals, groups or corporations, and are effective for the
recovery population, athletes and the general population. We offer both in home personal training or at
a location of your choice.
