Wellness
programs are designed to address the needs of individuals, recovery centers,
and corporations. Whether these needs
are achieving general wellness, improving overall fitness, improving nutrition,
or removing past barriers to success, programs are designed to address the
client’s specific and unique needs.
Wellness programs offer an opportunity for the client to experience a
feeling of physical wellness through the modalities of yoga, pilates,
cardiovascular exercise, and strength based programs. The program employs a client centered
approach that includes the client in identifying past barriers to success,
appropriate goals, and involves the client in designing an exercise program to
provide the best opportunity for success.
