Show Nerves was created by Claire Dorotik LMFT, a licensed psychotherapist with 21 years experience training, competing, breeding and raising successful hunters, jumpers and dressage horses. As a licensed psychotherapist, and current competitor, Claire recognizes the importance of mental preparation for successful competition. Claire has helped many

individuals and collegiate teams to improve performance through learning to manage and utilize their anxiety. Claire uses many techniques and exercises that are specific to each rider’s individual experience. Services can be offered on an individual basis, or in a group or workshop setting.
